Green World is committed to preventing cannabis products from being purchased by individuals who are not legally eligible to purchase them.

Adult-Use Cannabis

Adult-use cannabis products may only be purchased by individuals who are 21 years of age or older, subject to applicable California law.

Customers may be required to present valid government-issued identification before a cannabis transaction is completed.

Medical Cannabis

Eligible medical cannabis patients may purchase cannabis if they satisfy applicable California requirements.

Generally, medical cannabis may be available to individuals 18 years of age or older who have the required physician recommendation and/or medical cannabis identification where applicable.

Acceptable Identification

Before completing a cannabis purchase, Green World may require valid government-issued photo identification.

Examples may include:

  • California driver’s license
  • California identification card
  • Valid identification issued by another U.S. state
  • U.S. passport
  • Military identification
  • Other identification accepted under applicable California cannabis regulations

Identification must be valid and sufficiently establish the customer’s identity and age.

Online Age Verification

When purchasing or requesting cannabis products through our website, customers may be required to complete an age-verification process.

Online age verification does not replace any identification check required at the time of pickup, delivery, or final transaction.

Age Gate

Our website may display an age-verification screen before allowing access to cannabis-related content.

By confirming your age, you represent that you satisfy the applicable legal age requirement.

If you do not meet the applicable age requirement, you must not access or use the website for the purpose of purchasing cannabis products.

No Purchases for Minors

You may not purchase cannabis products on behalf of a person who is not legally eligible to purchase or possess those products.

We may refuse a transaction if we reasonably believe the purchase is being made for an underage person or otherwise violates applicable law.

Refusal of Sale

Green World may refuse or cancel a transaction when:

  • Valid identification is not provided
  • Identification appears invalid or altered
  • Age cannot be verified
  • Identity cannot be verified
  • The customer appears impaired where applicable law or company policy requires refusal
  • Purchase limits would be exceeded
  • The transaction may violate California cannabis law
  • The transaction otherwise presents a compliance or security concern

All cannabis transactions are subject to applicable California laws, Department of Cannabis Control regulations, and applicable local requirements.

Green World reserves the right to update its age-verification procedures when legal or regulatory requirements change.
